GL2 motion curve - 2 point gap frame press - StamtecOutperforms conventional presses performing at the same forming velocity by 20 to 40 percent.

Slide velocity slows as it approaches the tonnage rating point by 35 to 40 percent as compared to a convention crankshaft motion (see graph GL2 D-Type to the right).

If off-center loads are applied across the slide, the hydraulic overload system applies full oil pressure where required to maintain parallelism, for consistent stamping quality and longer die life.
